Any way to change the settings in OS or any app that can help me to manage the length of the vibration for new messages?

You can increase the count your device vibrates for messages..

    Settings>notifications>choose any profile>customise app settings> vibrate count..

Thanks! This is a good alternative!

But is there any possible way to make the length shorter than one?

Is it still necessary for Hub++ to stay opened in seperate tab to work?

Hub++ is headless. so it'll run in the background.

I have found Hub++ to have some issues with 10.3.xx OS. Power Tools can do what you're looking for (and SO much more), and is completely compatible with 10.3.

I don't think you can let it vibrate multiple times. Try contacting the developer perhaps he can add it in the future?

I don't think you can set it for multiple vibrations, so you'll need to decide which is more important to you: vibration length or vibration amount. If it's amount, then just use the regular phone notification for vibrations.

FYI, Power Tools will give you different vibration lengths but has a max of 2 vibrations for incoming phone calls.
