    Michael let us know about the software update for the ones that bought Blackberries through Shop blackberry or Amazon and indeed the software was running in. I believe that Mr. Clewley is always listening to the demands that we may have with our beloveds BlackBerry products.

    Same here...nothing has come through for my 2 devices from ShopBlackBerry. Hopefully later tonight or tomorrow.

    Oh yes, he's great.

    I emailed him about a very annoying bug I was having around 10 at night in his timezone.

    I got speedy responses, he was friendly and I got the logs sent and everything.

    After this encounter I have great respect for him and confidence that he's the right guy for his position at BlackBerry.
