    I have a blackberry Q10. I just installed an update. I am now running the 10 OS, software release 10.3.3.1463. Text messages aren't displaying in the hub or texting ap. I can hear the phone ding and ding, and according to the hub thing I have 33 unread texts. But I can't actually see them anywhere. I'm worried it's work related and this is causing me a huge problem. I have restarted the phone twice.

    I am happy to Uninstall the update if that is a possibility. I need to get this resolved ASAP.

    I would reboot the phone, see if that works.

    Next remove the SIM Card, reboot and then reinsert the SIM Card.

    Not sure what OS you were running before, but going back to 10.3.2 from 10.3.3 isn't possible. I would look at reloading the OS (or using a newer version likehttp://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...links-1098162/. Install it and then test befroe doing a restore of old data.
