    That document is old, from April 25, 2012.
    I don't see anywhere in the link that you provided anything that says ATT signed a BB10 distribution deal.

    It states update 12-19-2012 on the bottom of the page.
    Current: AT&T Z10. Past: 9800, 9700, 8100, 7130

    Follow the link and the links once there if you doubt for some reason. Sorry can't give you a copy of the contract,lol.

    I'm not convinced, just reporting what I saw. Good piece of evidence but not enough for a conviction.

    I beg to differ,lol. They are BB10 links and if you follow through you will see some from their page go directly to Blackberry dev. If you prefer the actual hard copy I suppose you will have to wait for the NR.
