I am skeptical, because I think it is industry practice to release OS updates the middle of the week, so that the maximum T-Mobile support is available for questions/problems/troubleshooting.

I double checked, and I received the 10.2 update on my Q10 on 3/13/2014, which was a Thursday. Maybe the rep was confused and thought you were asking about the last update.

Going to the Q10 software version page, they reference the March 13 (2014) date, but for the 10.2 release.

So I imagine the rep went to this page (or the page for the Z10 which also references the March 13, 2014 date) and just read what was there.

I called TMO USA last week and was told March 13th as well. After asking for the year, alas 2014.

Their service has degraded in my area as they try to upgrade to VoLTE. I've been on the line with them this weekend, escalated, etc. Still no resolution. Likely switching this week to ATT.

I just talked to a T-Mobile rep today and they told me the release date is unknown. I was also told that since Tmo and Blackberry have parted ways there's a good chance Tmo users won't get 10.3.1. So, I won't hold my breath on this.

I just spoke with a blackberry specialist at T-Mobile and there is NO 10.3.1 planned to be released. This is FUBAR!! So, because RIM and Tmo can't get along we will be left out in the cold. People rely on their devices for their security and not getting updates is leaving security holes unpatched.

I was hoping that with this latest news regarding Freak, T-Mobile would be in a sort of forced position to release an OS update if BlackBerry provided a patch to them. At least for customers who have purchased devices directly from T-Mobile. Considering that T-Mobile did say they would support those same BlackBerry customers. I haven't been able to convince myself that it would even happen though.

Tmo shouldn't have tried to get people away from BlackBerry by offering iPhone. I am actually upset with BlackBerry due to not offering an update for Tmo users
