Hi everyone, I have all my contacts attached to my Gmail account, and I did this on my old bb9900 so transferring contacts on to my z10 was simple as all I had to do was add my Gmail account!

I need help however, with adding new contacts. So when I add a contact, it is not synced to my Gmail account, so when I installed the latest 10.2 leak and added my Gmail account on, I lost all the new contacts I added while I had my z10..

Does anyone know how, when I add new contacts into my address book, I can also add those numbers into my existing Google contacts account. And I obviously know I can go into Gmail and do it online, but is there no way on the phone? I did it on the 9900....

Check your sync interval setting on the Gmail website. Mine is working well both ways.

In your Contacts app be sure that you select Gmail on the bottom left. I wish they could had a default account to add new contacts as well.

Sync interval is set to 30 mins, was set to this when I added new contacts. No syncing onto Gmail still

One other thing to check on the Gmail site:

Go to the General tab under settings. Check the bubble next to "Create Contacts For Auto-Complete".
