    I've tried syncing my music from my comp to my z10, and some songs have gone on. However, sometimes, on the far right column of the bb link software with the songs previewed there is a "syncing" icon. And I cant find the songs on my z10.
    What can I do to fix this?

    you can try just doing drag and drop. I wouldnt use link for any of it
