    Is there any way to make it so that your email account's synced folders don't show in the hub? I like having my junk folder synced (in case a good email gets flagged as junk), but I don't like seeing junk mail in the hub.

    No, not as of yet i'm afriad. If you sync a folder to the device it's emails show up in the hub unless you omit that entire account from the main hub view.

    Yes, in 10.3.1 you can look at individual folders without syncing them
