After using the 4500mah battery for a while I am happy with my z10, that's not to say was unhappy with the standard battery but It's nice to know I can run it without having to keep an eye on the level constantly.

I would like someone to come up with a belt swivel case for the 4500 battery though, I always kept my 9700 in my shirt pocket and bought a swivel case when I got the z10, safe and convenient, just wish I could find a case large enough for the new battery, has anyone any links to such?

what do you mean? doesn't the Z10 come with a 1800 mah battery? Or do you mean those external batteries where you can charge you phone anywhere?

Not original Blackberry approved battery, Back cover alteration, coming from china.
    Doesn't sounds safe to me.

If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

If you remove your RIM battery you will see it says manufactured in Korea "Further processed in China"

    Maybe you have a duck

And really the post is asking about a swivel case to fit the larger size battery.

I think you missed the first thing that I wrote: Not original Blackberry approved battery
I am fully aware that batteries/computers and tech devices are manufacturing in China. But they are under supervision of the main Companies (Blackberry/Apple/Google etc,.). However, China is also the world leader when it comes to counter fitted.

    Quick example:

i love mine! i dont use it as a daily driver as i have plenty of places to charge at my desk, car, and home, however, when i know ill be out and about and using my phone quite often, it surely saves my day. best part about it is it feels good in your hands; not like the extended battery i had for my 9930.

Just bought one. Can't wait to try it out. Although I bought a case for the normal size. Now we need a Chinese case for the extended battery size

That's awesome. I remember on my 8320 and 8900, I had a massive battery from Seidio.
I used to charge the 8900 once a week, on Sundays. That got me through about 3-4 hours of phone calls per day, hundreds of emails per day, and texting. I also listened to Pandora. Everyone made fun of me because I couldn't even put the phone in my pocket, but little did they laugh when I always had a working phone + email

I too bought and extended battery from China via Amazon. I love the feel of the Z10 with that battery. But alas, the battery only lasted 10 days then went dead. Could not revive it.
