Greetings crackberry, I have a big problem on my q10(still loving it though) my apps are exceeding its data/cache which is eating up my memory, like for example my facebook app now has 300mb of data and I have no way of clearing it and I have a ton of apps even my crackberry is on 250mb worth of data in it and I cant clear it. Ive search through the forums and the only answer to it is to reinstall the app. clear cache apps doesnt work for your information. I would like to suggest in the settings menu in the storage to have a "clear cache/data" please hear my concern blackberry thank you

Try this:

• Turn airplane mode on;
• Hold both volume rockers till your device reboots;
• Check device status - data should be back to normal;
• Turn airplane mode off

I imagine this happens if an app goes too long on an active frame or if the process does not properly closes after you close the app... Or you have absurdly hish FB/CB uses.
