The type of apps I'm interested are mainly productivity, social and a handy utility here and there, like a flashlight. Blaq looks quite interesting, might give that a try.

Everybody for the most part are naming the same apps, that tells you there is just not enough apps. As for me Bleacher report,crackle, and mirror(this app works as a screen capture you just have to press both the volume buttons at the same to get it to work.

Yeah, true, there is just not the same amount of choice on BB as on other platoforms but hopefully this will improve. Having said that, I had an iphone 5, with access to hundreds of thousands of apps and what did I use 99% of the time? Facebook, twitter, browser and messaging, and rarely ebook reader, all of which I have on my Q10. What I'm really hoping for sooner rather than later is is Audible!

Check for gadget box if your looking for a good flashlight / gadget app. Playcloud is pretty nice too if you have one or more cloud storage.
