    Default Strange 'Remember' App Problem.

Hi guys, apologies if this is in the wrong forum or has been tackled before, but I had a good look and couldn't find anything

After the clocks changed here (UK) I've had a problem with the Remember app, where if I set a reminder for something, the alarm goes off an hour earlier than I scheduled it. I am using the latest version and I've already done a full reset to see if that would shift the problem, but it hasn't. I find the app invaluable because I have a rubbish memory and more importantly it keeps me right with my medication!

Can anyone help? I hope it's something really simple that I've overlooked

    Thanks in advance!
    Gareth

Works for me flawlessly. Try maybe to change manually the time save and re do it. Maybe this will help...

    LOL, pkcable!

I've tried that, creowano, but with no joy

I love my Zed to bits apart from this and have been a BB user for about 8 years now and this is the first time I've been stumped even after a reset.

Change the time zone (then change back)

What's the difference between the first time zone you were in and the current? That may be the reason for the advanced notification

Hi and thanks for getting back ck23.bb

We moved our clocks forward one hour for Spring. Strangely any Calendar reminders (for appointments etc.) remain unchanged, thankfully, but maybe it's because I use Google for that service.

Yeah, my last phone was the 9320 and served me well apart from memory warnings under heavy use. Combined with the Otterbox case the unit always seemed unstoppable and still is I guess, but is nowhere near the same phone as the Zed 10. I still regard the Curve as an unsung hero over here because of the value for money- an incredibly well engineered phone and SO stable for little money. So much so I cannot bring myself to sell it, much like all my other BB's though, I guess LOL!!

I'm guessing that this is not a regular occurrence with these beasties then. Can I ask then if there are different ways to reset the handsets so that I might be able to properly scrub a setting or glitch that may have been missed by the standard 'security wipe'.
