for those of you asking for a CALL BLOCKING app and you are running 10.3 here you go:

Description:
You turn ON the blocking engine, input phone number to the list, Call Block will block all incoming calls from those numbers.
You also can see the Blocking Log
Backup/Restore the blacklist in case you change device or reinstall the app.

I've tried the android apps so far and none have worked, not even the beta native call blocker for 10.3

My best guess is we're going to have to wait until we update to 10.3 and hopefully by then one of the devs will have made an phone app that does specific number call blocking.

My ideal wish is to have specific call blocking included as an OS feature, so you can just press "block this number" in the call details menu. It's more handy than having to download an app itself.
