    The sound buttons seen to have a mind of their own. I have set the buttons to control media but the media sound levels just revert back to max value on their own. When I try to reduce the volume the phone takes unwanted screen shots. Setting the volume through the settings menu does not "save".

    A Z10. My phone OS update says that am running the latest 10.2.1.2977 but my BlackBerry virtual expert says that my OS is 10.2.1. 3247. Thanks

    Sometimes when I type the sound bar will flash up above.

    I managed to reinstall OS and back in business. I seemed to notice this issue after the latest CB was installed. Will run with the Android version.
    I think I had a buggy app and I think it was that new CB app.
