    I did the 4181 update unable to make outgoing calls incoming calls are not going to phone ,texts messages deleted ,hub has been processing for 15 min , is there any where I can get the previous updated platform

    Z10? Q10? Have you tried holding the power button for 10 seconds to reboot? Don't pull the battery if you don't need to.
