So sideloading playbook apps will screw bb10
So I've been wondering after people have been sideloading android apps to the bb z10, what will happen if someone sideloads .bar files into the z10? Can someone try it? I dont have my z10 yet to do it

While you're at it, remove the "So" part... even with the question mark, it means you're drawing a conclusion, not merely asking a question.

I think you're asking if sideloading apps can damage a Z10, is that right ?
From what I know about how QNX work, it would be nearly impossible for an app to cause any issues what so ever outside of the app itself. Apps can crash, and sometimes for apps that are directly converted from android APKs and have had no optimisation for BB10 at all they just refuse to work at all, but they cannot do anything to the phone itself. No matter how badly an app is made it couldn't escape the sandbox and harm the phone.
