    My Snap account is a Gmail account so to reset I go to www.gmail.com

    Yeah, I suddenly had a password issue last week. I couldn't do it through the app. - as I recall there was a reset password bit that I followed. It was a bit of a faff, but it worked. Not sure why it happened.
