Hey guys i have a z10 and all of a sudden starting yesterday, I can't open anything in my BlackBerry Hub, can't open text conversations, twitter notifications, emails can't reply to texts all I can do to text is go to their contact and selecting text and doing this every time is irritating, and yes I did turn my phone off, take the battery out for 20 seconds etc so some help would really be appreciated thanks

I just noticed that I got this error also...only SMS can't be opened...replied...fwded.

I just upgraded my AT&T stl1003 this morning to their latest official update.

I should have stayed with my leaked!!! Darn it!!

Can anyone confirm if this is a bug that they will fix soon?

But ya device is STL 100-3 with the 10.1.0.2019 software however the problem seemed to fix itself after I took the battery out and gave it a reset for like the 40th time

I have a STL100-4. My APN is greyed out and I need to change it. I read to do an OS update and since then I cannot use any apps or open/send text messages. I did a securtity wipe with no avail. Can anyone help?
