    I don't know if it's only me but since I did the 10.2 update my text messages is having problems. Sometimes when someone text me when I go to open it it takes forever to open to that message. I don't know what the problem is..please help

    What exactly happens when you try to load a text? Does the text app take awhile to open or does the message take awhile to download? Does it happen with both SMS and MMS?

    The text takes awhile to download..like it shows who's texting me..i go to open it and the persons pic is blank ( I have a pic for most of my contacts) and message doesn't appear. Sometimes it appears right away most of the time it takes forever for it to open. It's kinda annoying

    Its a bug. Many have similar issues. You can manually replace the .bar files mentioned in this thread. Improved things for me

    Most of the people participating in the thread that you linked seem to indicate that they're using leaked OSs. I recently updated to the official OS10.2.0.1791. I'm still having this issue and am wondering if the .bar files are a higher version than the ones included in the most recent official OS release.

    I'm using the official .1791 build that was available through Sachesi (a Rogers build) and have the issue. I'm hard-pressed to believe this would pass carrier testing as the issue is obvious and more than a little annoying...enough so that I'm considering reverting back to 10.1 or trying a more recent leak.
