    Really stumped by this one. Trying here before I wipe the passport.

    My Sms box is deleting messages before I get to read them. The instant notification appears but the message is gone when I go to the hub or the text folder in hub.

    Any ideas?

    Have you checked the setting for TXT Messages in Hub Management in the Settings for the Hub? It should be set for Both to have them show in the Hub.

    It can also happen to have the wrong time and date set and it that case your messages are rearranged hierarchical. I don't know if this is the case but it happened to me.
