Should z10 STL100-2 wait for.10.3.3 or should use autoloaders?? .are autoloaders a safe way? Will using Autoloaders stop further OTA updates?

you can use an autoloader without harm. They are safe and won't stop future OTA updates. Problem with OTA you will get them if your device is from BlackBerry factory unlocked. If you are waiting for your carrier to release them, good luck as most couldn't even be bothered.

I have read elsewhere in the forums that there is not an update for the Z10.

There is no 10.3.3 update for the Z10 STL100-1. No problem for STL100-2, 3 or 4.

Whether you ever get it via OTA depends on your carrier. I'm with AT&T, which means never, so I updated manually.

No issues with using an autoloader on my STL-400.
