Hello everyone,

Quick question. About a week ago before At&t officially released 10.2.1, I manually downloaded the leak through sachesi. Worked great first but soon I've been encountering some bugs. I'd like to know if I should first restore my phone using my backup or just install the official at&t version over the leak. You think this could fix my frequent OS bugs?

My fault. I downloaded the 10.2.1.2102. My z10 is the stl 100-3 from At&t. Some of the bugs ive encountered so far are ny screen going black when entering my hub and unable to make voice calls through bbm.

I downloaded the new software on Saturday. It took all day and 3 hours to reboot. My question is the same. When I click and functions like camera, web browswe, bbm text or ???? I get a black screen for a long time. If I click facebook, I get the blue screen that says facebook for a very long time. I reboot and it comes quicker but eventually lags again. I have pulled the battery. It works ok from the start but eventually again, becomes very SLOW! I received the software update on my phone. Any help would be appreciated!

Same here and I got the update software on my phone. Several apps the screen goes black for a long time including my camera. Let me know if you found a fix. I did a battery pull but I still have issues.

Do not pull battery without completely shutting down phone...
