    So I'm using z10 right now and a few days ago, I just updated the OS from 10.1 to 10.2. My phone was dead before the battery bar got red so I did the reset thing where you drained the battery and stuff. After I do that, I turned on my blackberry and sure the battery was drained, but the time and date setting got messed up. I manually changed it but do you guys know how to let the bb automatically set the time and date into the correct one?

    Anyone having issues with this? Same here as well , after updating to 1055 the date and time no longer automatically update. Have never had an issue with previous releases on my Z10. This is after 1 week with the update and landing in many different states. Pretty annoying if you travel a ton.

    Are the location services on? If not, that may have an effect?

    No. Time and Date are sent by carrier over GSM. Don't need location services or data.
