    I created a long and important email message in airplane mode while traveling and hit the send button to queue it for when I restored data services. What happened - the email disappeared completely - no draft, no queued - nada/gone!

    Not acceptable for a serious business phone.

    It was probably sending in the background or waiting to be sent. Did you do anything after you found it was taking "too long"?
