Sold a phone and wiped it before shipping. Now this is the email I received. The security anti-theft feature was left on before wiping the device and I can't get into the phone unless I enter the original BBID / password used with the device.

Please advise... any suggestions on what I should do?

I assume the OS version is 10.3.2? In that case you either have to give the credentials to the buyer or get the phone back and turn off protect feature, wipe and send again. With an older software version flashing an autoloader might work.

You can't bypass. It will not let you download an older OS.

If it was that easy, it wouldn't be any good.
