Scrolling through the RIM Patents

So Lets leave the rumors(rumours if your living in Europe like me) aside for a bit. So I've just wnt through some Research In Motion Patents on [Google Patents(research in motion - Google Search)
And found some interesting patents. Could these Patents be for the Blackberry 10 OS?

Im not trying to be specific, just saying, could ANY of these patents possibly be patented On the Blackberry 10 devices?

I like the one for extending cell coverage, via peer to peer communication across berries.

Can't believe how old the devices are, mentioned within though! Trackballs & trackwheels galore.
