    Hi

    Need assistance with screen shot.
    1) there is no shutter sound
    2) when you take a picture a pop up comes on the screen saying " screen shot saved and the screen shot takes the picture. Can this all be fixed or changed

    I'm not sure I understand what the problem is.

    There is no sound, so it tells you a screen shot was saved to your personal space. It's up for all of, maybe, half a second. Big deal. You don't see the notification in the actual saved screen shot.

    That's the way it works, and there is no problem with it.

    No you don't wait then release! You just press and release like You used to do on 10.1

    Volume up and down buttons and immediately let go. Like the previous poster said.

    And what's that got to do with video. That's something altogether different.

    Like to take screen shot of an action video. With 10.1 I just held down the buttons and I took multi pictures now the pop up message gets in the way

    Oh I understand you now, unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. I would have liked it more if it was like camera, it goes on silent when the phone is on silent and no pop ups.
