The wifi at my work is saved into my phone. However every time im here the network on my phone is disabled and I have to enable connections. Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

The Z10 logs onto your wifi network, but if it fails 3 times then it just gives up and disables the network connection. Some have guessed that it is a way to save battery power by not letting the phone keep transmitting to a network that might not be working. It's a major annoyance, not sure if the 10.1 update is supposed to fix it.

Well it's not even the signal is low, I'm standing here with full to 3/4 signal and my BlackBerry will not connect. It will go to "Associating" and then stop and keep trying.

Happens to me occasionally with Z10 & Z30. Rebooting the phone usually solves it. I believe it's the network, as it's a single location that's the issue for me.
