I do! You can't put "all" of the blame on Verizon. Would you want to have to take all of the flack for a flawed BB OS, that you didn't design? It is possible that Verizon is a little too picky, but BB should be able to put out an OS that actually works the way it is supposed to. Workarounds are fine, but the average mobile user just wants a phone that works, when they need it.

Verizon has proven that it's not because they are really picky about the software.

Did that before, and it was A HUGE headache. Many functions stopped working (and from what I've been reading a lot of ppl are experiencing problems with the 10.3)

If you download a leak with not a good reputation, you will end up with many functions not working well. I always use an official update and I have a z10 and q10 with 10.3.1.1779 .

Is it possible you can tell me how to update the OS with the official files (because TMO doesn't have them on their website.)
Who knows, maybe this update will keep me hanging to my BB after all

Definitely looking just to Upgrade. I want to keep everything currently on my phone.
My device is a T-Mobile Z10

Then use sachesi method
Download the os files you want (the one I mentioned works great on my z10)
Do exactly step by step the sachesi update and in less than 25 min you will have 10.3.1.

I believe that with blackberry making up with T-mobile Today the 6th of may, you should see 10.3 pretty soon. (if you don't know what I'm talking about, blackberry announced a renewed partnership with t-mobile.

I've been waiting for over 6 months. So far, every date that people with "inside knowledge" have listed, has come and gone.
I think it's safe to say: T-Mobile has officially given up on Blackberry completely.

Wow, after all this time you haven't done a Blitz!, the Blitz's have proven to work, yes, carriers have no incentive to update. sachesi and blitz, how simple is that?!

What I'm most hopeful is for WiFi calling to work!
