I hope with the next legitimate update it will resolve itself. Otherwise is there a way to cancel it, short of doing a wipe and reinstall?

    Posted via CB10
I was thinking the same thing. Cause there's no way to cancel it.

Odd, just checked for updates on my Z10 and it says I am already at 10.1.273 and reports no updates available. I've had this release on Fido for at least three weeks now.

I'm on Rogers and I am running 10.2 on my Z10 and I had a 3mb update. I had the update interrupted issue too. Then after trying a whole bunch of times it worked, or Rogers removed the update.

It's still happening. So, Rogers hasn't pulled it

Just called Rogers whom transfered me to blackberry technical support. They said they're aware of the problem and are working on a fix. For now those who are experiencing the error should just ignore it. It's apparently just an update to the regional settings on our phones. Not OS related. Also they said this will not affect the ability to receive other pushed notifications regarding updates.

Just read this suggestion in another thread. I deleted "rogers anyplace tv", then restarted the device. Checked for updates and phone now says it is up-to-date. Reinstalled the app, checked for updates again just in case and all is well.

Thanks. I am one of the many to see this update. I had tried a half dozen times over the last couple of days. Somewhat frustrating.

FWIW I tried this update today on a friend's Z10.
Same spec device as my own.
Same OS version, software release, model number, and network ( Rogers).
His update completed no problems, mine still " Interrupted '.

Did you delete the Rogers apps? This has been found to solve the problem. Once deleted check for updates again and then it should say up-to-date. Then you can reinstall the apps.

This also worked for me. I was having the update show up daily for almost a week. Then I deleted anyplace tv checked again and it was up to date re installed and no issues.

It was both Anyplace TV and My Account that I deleted when doing an OS update via autoloader. They finally came back on. Now I have heavy battery drain so deleted Anyplace TV again.

I was having the same issue. However, when I hooked up my devive to the PC, BBLink offered to install the update directly. It downloaded and applied the update without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised. Now, let's see if the random reboots settle down.
