    Default Rogers software update "Interrupted "

    Device shows a 1mb software update available. Does not complete showing "update interrupted ". Anyone experiencing the same?

    I get the same thing it us 1mb as well. Don't know what it could really change lol. Oh well. I'll try again later.

    Guys, these updates are for apps included in the OS from what ever carrier you're with. If you've deleted carrier bloat ware and search for software updates, you'll probably see an update specifying that it is for applications...the same ones you've deleted.

    I beg to differ. I know about carrier bloatware. None has been deleted on my device and all of my apps are up to date. This a is an actual os update from Rogers.

    Getting the same thing.

    This is actually new I think. Not new OS, but new info screen. It actually says "Update Available: BlackBerry 10 Application"
    Where as it used to show an OS update.

    Regardless, I am having the same issue it seems. I get the update but it keeps saying "Interrupted".
    I also just installed BBM channels. I thought that was the culprit. Anyone else here install/update BBM Channels today?

    Same here. On rogers. Somehow it makes me feel better that I'm not the only one. All apps and software up to date. No changes, nothing new downloaded. Only thing is yesterday Linkedin stopped working. Starts and then shuts down. Battery pull, uninstall, sign out etc. Nothing works. Thought this update was going to fix it.

    Same issue here, both my and the mrs z10's i have .2354 installed and have the update and the other is stock Rogers .1720

    Same thing happened to me just now. I'm on Rogers with the carrier 10.1.0.1720. I have not deleted any of the carrier apps, and all my apps were up to date.

    Rogers has already had 10.1 for a while & that 10.1 has been updated at least once, if not more. I doubt the update has anything to do with the US carriers FINALLY deciding to let their customers get 10.1

    -shrugs- the latest releases seem to be in the 2000s, where Rogers is on 200s.

    Same here. I guess Rogers is having an early weekend. On 10.1.0.2354 via Sachup but .2009 radio file. Interestingly, had massive battery drain this morning and some BBM lag.

    Angry Update!

    Spent an hour on the phone with Rogers tech support. Bottom line is, they're lost, and don't know anything about the issue or update. According to them there are no updates.

    Further, I was advised to try BB Link to see if there is an update, Guess what? Nothing appeared.

    So an update pushed OTA that doesn't complete, and no update available through link.

    Back to where we started.

    Not going to worry about it. Maybe it will resolve over time.

    I hope with the next legitimate update it will resolve itself. Otherwise is there a way to cancel it, short of doing a wipe and reinstall?
