    It could be that I'm doing something wrong. If so can someone help? I can't seen to get the remote access for my laptop through file manager to work. Both my z30 and computer are connected to wifi. My computer shows up in my file manager but when I select it, it doesn't show any folders. I thought it was because my firewall was on so I turned it off. It still didn't work. Does anybody know a solution for this?

    I haven't been able to get RFA to work since the 10.2.1 update.
    It was working without issue before then.
    I went into BlackBerry Link and checked the phone settings and everything was correct.
    This feature has always been temperamental for some, so I don't think it's anything wrong with my setup.

    Took a tip from another thread. Signed out of bblink on PC, turned it off on Z30, signed back in and turn it on again. Seems to be working now

    Yeah, BB Link also interacts (disables) with USB. This is because BB Link seems to want exclusive access to the files. Good idea to switch off BB Link generally, except you need it.

    I tried that and countless other fixes, just one question.

    Is anyone's RFA still working with OS Q10SQN100-5/10.2.1.2228?

    New knew how much I relied on RFA until it stopped working.

    Delete BlackBerry Link and install latest version from BlackBerry site. Make sure you specify which folders you want access to in link. Also, make sure you are signed into link. Should work after that.

    My Z10's RFA works with our home computer and I have OS 10.2.1.2228 on TMO.
