    Hello again,
    I have problem with reload OS in BB Link. After selecting reload OS and update now BB link shows some error with downloading BlackBerry Desktop Software. I tried to reinstall software, clean system registry and turn off antivirus and firewall but without results..
    Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    Are the drivers correctly installed on your machine? Is the USB cable not faulty?

    What phone and what OS are you running? Using an autoloader is probably the best route to take here. Just download the appropriate OS from one of the Crackberry links and load that up. Will be a good time to upgrade to 10.3.1.xxx too

    Hello again, thanks for the answers

    drivers and USB cable are ok

    I want to reload OS files after downgrade from leaked 10.3.1 to official 10.2.
    New OS 10.3 is very very slow (maybe bad optimization) so I dont want it.
