    Well actually they might be right - in India this *seems* to be the case.

    I have Docomo, Vodafone & Reliance.

    10.2.1 is available on all three, just the size differs by 2-3MB. But Sachesi shows no available updates for any of the three!

    well that's not the case... i got an update yesterday itself... on Vodafone Mumbai... i was already running 1925 leak.. so no changes ... just radio got updated...!!

    EDIT: Also..Sachesi is showing 10.2.1 available update for Vodafone Mumbai.

    Try updating by taking the sim card out and connecting to BlackBerry Link. This is what was advised by Three UK, I don't know if it works but could be worth a try
