Hey everyone,

Sometimes when I get calls from individuals who are stored under my contacts, it doesn't show up as the contact name on the call log.

For example if I have a contact stored as Jim, and Jim calls me, I don't see his contact information come up when he calls me. It just shows me his number with a +1 at the beginning.

I recently upgraded to 10.2.1.1055. If anyone could shed some light, that would be awesome.

Do you have Jim's phone number (the one he's calling you from) associated with his contact information that is stored on your phone?
Do you have Jim's phone number saved as a Home, Work or Other type of phone number?

Yes. This specific contact is saved under home. What's weird is sometimes I see the contact name on the initial call screen. But when I check the call log, it just has the number with whatever name that person used when signed up with his/her service.

Edit:

Wow this is weird. So it shows up with the proper information when I view the calls from the phone app. But when I go to the hub, and filter by calls, it shows up with incorrect information as listed above. I think this may be a bug...

Look at the Phone Settings - Smart Dialing, to ensure you have the correct Country Code, Area Code and National Number Length properly set.

Just checked. Country code is correct (Canada). Area code is correct, although there isn't one specific area code for Toronto. Finally, national number length is set to 10. Seems like all the settings should be correct.

Any else have any ideas?
