    I live in turkey and they dont offically sell BlackBerry here anymore. So I wonder how am I going to download the offical os for my phone? Any answers would be appreciated.

    Your update will still come, it'll just likely take a bit longer. Your best option is to check through BlackBerry Link or you could just take matters into your own hands and update it using one of the leaked autoloaders which are the same release as the official OS anyway.

    Any news as to when it will be ava. on us carriers such as Verizon.. considering tomorrow is the classic release.. i have a q10.. no update yet.. through link or removal of sim.

    So Blackberry sent an email advising me to update to get access to Amazon store android apps, blend and assistant. I would consider this upgrade except it is not offered by my service provider (Koodo -Canada) for Q5 yet. And there are numerous reports of problems after installation so I wonder if it would be safer to wait until things settle down and problems are addressed. Your thoughts on this would be appreciated.

    I am using the same version of the offical os as a leaked os. It is good but as you mentioned there are several bugs and flaws needs to be adressed. I would urge you to wait untill they are setteled down. And you can take out your simcard , update then insert it again. If you didnt recieve the update. Just a heads up
