    My daughter Q5 is stuck on the load up screen, I have tried to hard power it off but when it gets to 100% that's where it stays, I don't know what to do.

    What was done before the startup? Software update? Completely fresh device? Or was it simply just turned off?

    She said that she just deleted a game cause the memory was low then the froze so she rebooted it

    Well I guess there's really no option but reloading the software.
    Or waiting like five hundred hours and hoping it turns on.
