    So, on my Q10 I just updated my OS from 10.2.something to 10.3.2.2168, and so far I reaaaalllllyyyy don't like. It just looks like **** to me, especially the hub/sms chats. Is it at all possible to roll back my OS?

    This is probably a repost, sorry. Don't really have the time to search around through similar threads.

    Even by installing via an autoloader of OS earlier than 10.3.2?

    New feature in blackberry protect. It is the prevent someone stealing your phone and wiping it and re-using it. With 10.3.2 you have to enter your BBID password when wiping your phone

    I'm sort of getting use to it anyway. It's just like when you walk into a house that has a weird smell, after a while you get use to it. :P

    I'm exaggerating of course, there are things I do like about 10.3

    I'm on Bell in Canada, so this update has been available for a very long time, I've just never seen a need to update. I only did because I was bored on a Sunday night, really.

    of course the things missing pop up first, but what is better about it?

    I am on 10.3.1.1779 - but have no clue about what should have been better with 10.2. - as it's my first bb phone

    Well keep in mind i'm on a Q10, so most of my complaints deal with more clutter on the screen by things that can be taken care of using the keyboard. The hub, sms chat box and universal search (assistant I guess it's called now) are, in my opinion, needlessly cluttered. It's the sort of thing that you'd have to experience to be able to relate.

    This might be different for an all touch device, I wouldn't know.

    Well I have a Q10 aswell, but never had 10.2 on it and also never had a BlackBerry before

    So hard to understand, as I love it all as it is.
