I was wondering if any one can help. when the sun is out and I'm on a call my phone plays up.

1. The key pad comes up and my face pushes numbers

2. My face sometimes pushes the mute button

it's like the proximity censor sometimes dosent work.

Any one else having this issue?

Your keypad on the Q10? I didn't know it moved.. sounds like a proximity sensor issue. Where did you find your Q10? Are you sure it's not a torch?

I had the same issue with my Z10. I brought it in for a repair about two weeks ago and just got it back today. Instead of actually repairing the phone, they just gave me a brand new one My proximity sensor was also broken.
