I've heard conflicting stories about Link backing up the contents of remember. So far, it seems like it hasn't, which really sucks. Is there anywhere I can look to verify that it has or hasn't backed it up? I tried using a backup extractor but it says my backup file is empty (it isn't, I restored it on my Passport today)

I really need help getting these back. I already did a security wipe on my Q10 because I thought it was backed up. Poor choice but too late now.

What's your os version? As I remember it only backup the data on 10.3.1 and up or 10.3.2, if I'm not wrong

Yep it's 10.3.2

No clue if it actually backed up still.

Where can you see the contents? I restored it onto my Passport and they aren't there

Not sure how to check on your notes since you didn't manage to find it in the back up.

But for future references, make sure you link your remember app with Evernote account.

I had a bad experience of accidental wrong password on my device and my phone was wiped. Luckily I always did a manual sync on my Evernote app daily.
And after registered back on my Evernote app, all the notes from my Evernote account repopulate in the remember app.

You can use third party apps to backup remember notes. That's what I do.
