    My Q10 10.3.1.1949 suddenly switched off while I was renaming the 'Folder 1' to 'Miscellaneous' when combining the apps icons. I tried to switch on via the power button but it didn't respond. I had to do the battery pull to be able to power the Q10 once again. BTW, I was changing during that time it happened at 97% to full charge.

    Anyone experienced this? Is there a log to which it can be extracted so I can check what was the cause?

    the last OS 1154 used to freeze on me and I couldn't do anything but wait for it to respond so I could reboot. I was kinda hoping this behavior was over for OSes. Guess not.....

    I didn't experience it on 1154 as what you've described. This is the first time I experience such thing on OS10, it didn't freeze but it just switch off without any error displayed.
