    Well unfortunately it will only work for a little while. Tried this as well as every other suggested 'fix'. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of either BlackBerry (who apparently couldn't care less) or Microsoft (who definitely couldn't care less) for a fix.

    I just tested it, and it worked! Does Microsoft have an official tech blog where we could see if this issue is mentioned by chance?
