    When my relatives text me it doesn't go to the priority hub even if they contact info saved has the same last name with me. Also theres a rule that we you started a convo it is added to the priority hub but when i text someone it doesn't go to.the priority. Help please. Also the in call logs screen, when you drag it down it displays your number and "My BlackBerry" can you change the "My BlackBerry"?

    You can assign any thing in your Hub to the Priority Hub manually. Just press and hold till the side menu comes up then press the three dots at the bottom then press priority hub.

    I know but does starting convo in yours makes it automatically in the priority hub?

    Perhaps it should but if not just assign it and be done with it, there after they will be priority.
