Anyone else having issues with turning off 'Message Sent With High Importance' and emails still getting indicated as high importance?

I have turned this feature off but every email that is high importance is indicated as priority, have reset the hub with the 5 swipes but no success.

Also assuming priority hub also automatically selects favorite contacts as priority?

I would just try a hard reset, by holding volume up and down buttons for a min or so until you see the blue loading circle, hold it past the screen shot and BB logo takes about a min.
