Anyone getting a POP Email can't send right now issue after upgrading to 10.2.1? If so have you resolved it? This happened to me this morning when trying to replay to a message.

FYI - this provider does not have an imap option.

Any help appreciated.

Hi POP Email always gives me issues. I had to manually go and set my ports. Delete the account and readd, but this time go to advanced and enter all the server information yourself. My provider blocks certain ports so I can only send if I'm on my home network. I can't send if I'm out. I have yet to figure out how to do this.

server address is pop-server.nc.rr.com (yours would be whatever your email is)
port 110

SMTP Username and password: blank
SMTP server : smtp-server.nc.rr.com
Port 25

Already used advanced to set it up manually - have done some more testing - can't reply nor send new messages. Will do some more troubleshooting.

Did some more searching - apparently RR wants authenticated access when you are not on their network - so i added my complete email address and password in the smtp section, while remaining without SSL and i can now send emails.
