There is no other way to clear those Android apps out without loading the older Runtime, or doing a security wipe.

In general, the only way to clear out cobwebs is to reload your OS from scratch and avoid restoring.

    They're placebos.

Load an older Android runtime and delete that which you don't need, or just wipe the phone.

There is no such thing for the BB10 side of things.

Some people have used ccleaner on the Android Runtime with some success with specific issues, but frankly, it's not really designed for our VM, and it may cause more harm than good.

Those apps do nothing. Not a thing. Nary, zilch, nada, squat.

Just reload your OS with Link instead. Or use an autoloader. They only take minutes.

And then hours reconfiguring everything back to the way you had it (icons/folders, apps, accounts, etc...)

Of course. But this is compared to a security wipe.

Setting everything back up again is a constant.
