    I had that happen when the Autoloader ran out of disk space. Clear out at least 2-4 GB of room and re-download the Autoloader. You should be able to run the Autoloader again to flash the OS. If this does not work, take the battery out of the phone, run the Autoloader, then once it is waiting for a connection, plug the phone in without the battery and wait for the Autoloader to find it.

    On Windows PC...Run autoloader, wait for black screen to say Bootloader...With phone OFF...plug it into computer....
