A few times I have noticed a "Play" icon next to the battery indicator. It seems to get stuck there until I reboot. Has any one else seen this and have some idea of what it might be?

Nope, never had this issue. It only goes up there if I'm playing music or listening to a YouTube video in the background. Next time, close all your apps and turn up the volume. If it is indeed playing something, it will pop up on screen along with play/pause, next/previous

All apps are closed. Nothing is playing. The icon is there. Looks like a bug...

Could be a good idea if you gave us some more details, when do you get it? was after playing a video? music? something so far i have not seen it

I noticed that if I initiate the voice control, then close right away, I get the play icon stuck there. I had to reboot as well.

I literally just spent 5 minutes purposely trying to get the play icon stuck by initiating voice control and dismissing it as quickly as I can. Still can't do it. I've never had the play icon stick when nothing was playing.

It is definitely after using voice control. I just did a battery swap and shortly I used voice dictation and the Play icon is now stuck.

I was then able to clear the notification by using voice control again but to add a new appointment rather than using it for dictation.
