You've switched your account between too many devices. You will have to convince BlackBerry support that you're not doing that to avoid paying for apps that you are installing access more devices than you are allowed.

I didn't even know there was a limit with switching devices. I could be in trouble at some stage.

It's hard to reach the limit. 15 pin changes per year. That's a lot. http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB25553

How can they only limit us to 15 pin changes a year?!?!

Why in the world would you need to change you bbid between 15 different devices? Never mind more than 15

If you have a good reason for the changes they will reset it for you. But the only reason most people will change a PIN number is when buying a new device.

I'm just kidding guys, 15 is an outrageous amount for one year.

This is good to know. I was totally unaware of any limitations even though normally it's nearly impossible for the regular everyday user to reach that.

Not likely to see a twitter response on the weekend. To speed it up, if you are going to pursue this through twitter follow them so they can DM you. If you do that now it will save time later.

It's also faster to call your carrier and get escalated (since carrier can't do anything anyways).

They lied to you. Your carrier need to transfer to BlackBerry support. You will then get you to front line first. They can't do anything and need to get you to an analyst.
Don't let them give you the run around. You need to make them escalate you.

How high up have you been escalated. Tier 1 and 2 can't do anything. Tier 3 will own and tier 4 will resolve.
