I virtually have my Z10 locked down so it doesn't do anything unless I ask it to. Everything is on manual, nothing updates, nothing runs in the background, no notifications in the hub except text and BBM. Even location is off thereby disabling Protect. I didn't have to have my 9320 locked down like this. I would go back to my 9320 like a shot as my main phone.....but If I do I go from a 'one off' deal of 2GB to 500 mbs. Not an issue with the 9320, but would be if I changed phones to one that needed the data.

Exactly. When will BB10 stop giving such problems? Can be highly frustrating.

You probably use your device actively a lot. What I mean is that you do things that require the display, such as reading, watching videos and gaming etc. I read a ton on my Q10 and Display is usually on the top of my battery charts.
